Got so excited this evening when someone sms-ed me to tell me that my bro is in this month's CLEO 50 Most Eligible Bachelors. Quickly I rushed to a magazine shop and got 2 copies!! Flipped through the pages and found my brother listed with a great picture of him in page 127!!

Naw Ruz @ A&W

For the past 27 years (I only just heard this last night, true nor not?), Baha’is from all over Klang Valley gather at the A&W in PJ after their community celebrations.  I have been for this gathering several times before but haven’t in the last few years so yesterday, I decided to go and as always it never disappoints me.  In fact, I am always amazed and last night was the biggest crowd I have ever seen!  It was literally the invasions of Baha’is into A&W.

For one night in a year, A&W in PJ has got not enough places for people to sit!  Its such a big crowd and since it is done every year, A&W management even extends 10% discounts to us all.  I do pity the other patrons there, they were “kicked-out” of A&W. 

I got to catch up with so many friends whom I have not met in so long.

It was a fantastic gathering and all Baha’is must experience this!

The Baha’is ushered in the Naw Ruz yesterday evening when we broke our last day of The Fast.  My friends from Nilai joined the friends in Mantin for a social gathering.  It was a good gathering of friends.  Food was of course good!!!

Jia Xiang loves vehicles especially big ones.  He’s got a few nice trucks and he loves playing with them.  Today, he brought his dump truck up to my room and played with it on my bed.  You see, when he plays with his toy vehicles, he likes to move them on terrains.  So he’ll either get us to create a bumpy terrain for him by folding the carpet lah, putting a pillow under the carpet lah or he’ll just put the cushions on the floor and play his toys over them.

Today, he created a mountainous terrain out of my pillows and covered it with the blanket.  He was happily playing with his dump truck until he got frustrated with a certain bump and started crying.

The kids celebrated their Yeh Yeh’s 62nd birthday in Melaka over the weekend. I went to buy some cakes from Secret Recipe so that they can get to blow some candles.

We kept on lighting the candles for JX to blow.
